Looking for someone with experience creating custom local wordpress themes. I want a theme created that I can use myself but then also license its use to others using a license key.
The theme would take the best elements of several local themes on the market now. All of them have their good and bad but in general here is what I'm looking for:
1. A mobile responsive theme
2. Click to call number at the top
3. a slider or video at the top
4. A form to be submitted at the top. The form would have an arrow pointing to it to call attention to it.
---note the phone number, slider/video and contact form must be visible above the fold on all pages.
5. Very important The ability to add from 1-5 business listings right below the contact area. So in other words-a place to add the business name, address phone number and reviews. The phone number for each business listing would also be click to call. So the idea would be the ability to add 1 listing if thats all thats needed which would appear in the center of the page or 2 listings and so on up to 5 listings-that would go horizontially across the home page with each businesses contact details and reviews. Again this should be visible on every page. The person would be able to enter a star rating.
6. A back panel theme options area to be able to set all of this up. So someone could add the phone number that will populate top right as well as populate on mobile, they can add a headline just below the top slider area but right above where the business listings appear, they can edit the contact form so that it includes more or less information, they can change slider pictures or embed a video. They can choose the theme color, background color etc. All of this should be easy for the user to operate without having to use shortcodes or anything else. I'm looking for everything to be controlled from a theme options area only.
7. The ability to add as much or as little text below the business review area.
8. The ability to add a google map and have it automiatcally be added into the footer area
9. The ability to add an address and have it automatically added to the footer area, using schema markup
10. The ability to add a Google Business/maps page link or badge that would automaitclaly be added to the footer.
11. A second contact form at the bottom of the page visible on each page
12. A section on top for business owners to add their listing-which would really just lead to a contact page for details on how to get on the page.
Ideally I would show you examples of several themes and what I like and dont like and you would build something that meets each of these specifications as well as the ability to require a license key to be entered every time it is installed.
The look and feel of this will be really all about lead generation for local business. So it will look much more like a squeeze page than a website, but I do want the ability to add additional content pages-but still have the person be able to call or fill out the form from any page.
