We need an experienced, ambitious and highly efficient web developer to start working immediately on the finalization of a job-marketplace website. The programming languages used are Twitter Bootstrap, HTML5, PHP and MySQL.
The HTML designs of all the pages except one are done. (a few other will require minor editing) Some pages have also a PHP/MySQL implementation of another very similar page that can be directly reused, the DB as well.
We will also need the developer to test and polish the site before being launched in order to ensure that is secure, efficient, fast, look properly on all screens and devices, etc… He/She will have to help us to correct any problem that is found during this phase so we can launch our site successfully.
Candidate Capabilities:
*SUPERSTARS ONLY: Provable experience developing BIG and complex sites. Our site is really important for us and we can not allow an amateur to take care of it’s completion.
*100% involved in helping us in our project. We want team players with long term vision and ambition to do great things with us.
*100% focused on working on our project. If you are doing simultaneous projects DON’T APPLY. We need someone who will be available all day on Skype and capable of updating every 2 hours so we can keep track of the project. Time completion is vital for us and the project is AT RISK if we don’t finish the first version of the site in 15 days or less. If we see that you don’t comply with this level of involvement we will hire immediately another developer, so don’t apply if you can’t comply with it.
*No problems working with Adult-related data and websites.
*Self-starter, with initiative, always fighting hard to take our project forward by all means.
*Willing to be paid based on results, involvement and time completion. (We will be very generous in our payments if he shows the skills and attitudes that we require)
*Wants to become a part of a long-term project where he will be treated as one more of the team and will have always motivating works to complete.
*Team player! You will probably collaborate with a team of developers for finishing this job.
*Excellent english spoken and written skills. We need to communicate and brainstorm with you directly as one more of our team.

Quick overview of things to be implemented:
*1 page: (Scrape (or create) Design + Implementation)
*6-7 pages: Design done, only programming and some polishing required. (some of the programming can be reused from very similar pages)
*Around 5 pop-ups: Some of the implementation for them can be totally reused, such as sign-up/in functionality, etc…
*TOTAL: 7-8 pages, some pop-ups/dialogs and testing/polishing everything so the site is looking and behaving professionally enough to be launched. Time completion is essential and the job won’t be considered as successful if the deadlines are not respected.
Price: +$300 including bonuses for time completion and attitude. Separated in 3 milestone payments so there is never too much risk for any of the parts.
We will provide you a doc that lists the different pages to be completed separated per milestones if we like your application so you can have a clearer idea before starting the work. We consider that we are being generous because almost all the pages have a similar page/implementation which can be reused in order to ease the task.

*You will start completing a little test work (paid) so we can verify that you have the required skills and attitudes to handle this project. We can not allow to give such an important job to someone whose skills hasn’t been verified.
*NO upfront payments nor hourly contracts are allowed. If you want that conditions don't apply.
