Hello,
I need a software designed for my Hostel at Kota. I want that the software to be operated from two ends one at the Hostel at Kota and the other at my end at Delhi. The interface at Hostel should only allow entering the data and no one should be able to edit or delete the data from that end.
My hostel has total of 88 rooms, provides mess services to the students, owns a van as the hostel property, rooms for parents and accommodation of the parent in the students room as on demand, etc.
I want to cover each and every aspect in the software from the rooms management to the details of every small item brought for the hostel such as eatables, vegetables, maintenance products, etc. The accounts of the hostel, etc.
There should be reports that should give me the overlook of the daily, monthly and yearly expenses and income.
Product Wise reports are also needed.
In details,
1. Hostel management- Bed management, room management, room availability management, Electricity management.
2. Student Management- Personal Details, Booking-period management, Fees management, Booking Duration management, Leaves management.
3. Stock management- Kitchen Stock management, Products management, Bills management.
4. Employees Management- Personal Details, Designation, Salary, Date of Joining, Attendance management.
5. Parents Management- Personal Details, In time, Total Duration, Out Time.
6. Vehicle Management- Petrol management, service Management, KM.
7. Accounts Management- RTGS, DD, Cheque and cash.
8. Commission management- Details, Amount, Category.
The interface should be highly interactive and user friendly.
A layout of room like we see in Book My show which provide us an over-all information that which all rooms are vacant and when will the one which are occupied will get vacant.
A mobile-app or something equivalent to that so that we can easily manage things through are mobiles.
After-services so that in case of any Query or ma-functioning we can get back to you.
