We would like to have an own ERP/CRP.
The following function that we require are listed bellow.
Unlimited departments - Those departments shall not se the others information.
4 acces levels
1 - that can super-admin and use alla departments and all functions
2 - admin - can administrate the department where he/her is listed.
3 - superuser
4 - worker
5 - office
Function 1.
A built in schedule system where the worker are connected to the costumer so same worker comes to the same costumer.
So if a worker login he can se his schedule and estimated work time at that costumer.
And it shall be possible to export schedule to PDF - for print.
Function 2
Driver's log system, this part must calculate how much that a worker have drived under a month and also specify where he/she was driving,
they shall only have oportunity to add the costumers in their schedule list + 2 static options.- the plan is to intergrate this with an android and iOS app.
I also want this to be intergrated with google maps so the user gets the shortest/fastes way to drive.
Function 3
Timesheet - where the worker can fill in their work hours.
Here shall the office worker have the oportunity to export all timesheet with the username.
One tab where the user can add the costumer from their schedule and add worked time
And prepared for checkin - checkout function so the time is autmaticly logged.
The plan is to intergrate this with an android and iOS app.
Function 4
Contact book.
- Workers database with notes about the workers adress, phone number, additional information about the worker.
driving license etc.
One field for addition information.
- Costumer database with notes about the costumers adress, phone number, additional information about the custumer.
The Costumers worktime. etc.
Function 5.
I userinterface where the office worker can calculate on jobbs.
Function 6.
A function called simple check - where the worker just can check off the cu when work is done - and this shall generate information in the office workers fan jobb done.
This function shall create the base for the economy deparment when they shall create the invoices

I want all functions to have their own function number/name so i can add them to own created group.
To summary all requirement i also want a backend where the office admin users can read out all data in a simple way.
I want this systen to be nice and simple to use.
I also want erverything to be well documented and prepared so we can create Android and iOS apps for all the functions.
If this project works well we have a lot of other project that are comming for you in the future.
