I need someone to design a great website for me as soon as possible.



Your team will need to be able to complete an entire website from scratch



Be able to understand the image I want to project (by asking me relevant questions) and the functional requirements of the web site, and have the flair to come up a unique aesthetic which meets those requirements.



You should also be able to provide me (via the site) analysis of my traffic and how to use analytic's to track my site visitors and trends etc

My Business:

I have a new business to start in the area of "Floating Docks”. The product will work very well in many areas such as what I have listed below but most people think only in the region of boating, however I am intending to embrace other segments of the market as well.

I do want to get the attention of boating enthusiasts, but I also want to target local and state government bodies including state emergency services in Australia. Their attention should be directed to assistance and rescue in catastrophes such as flooding and access to anywhere over water/mud/snow/swamp etc.

At this stage I only have very limited access to photos and videos of the product showing its use - so you will need to initially source pictures and videos of floating docks (I can provide a few however you will need to be resourceful in acquiring others).

Are you able to “Photoshop” any pictures and videos I provide so they are do not look the same and can’t be construed as copyright infringement?

SEO Optimization - On-site - Uploading Wordpress Articles - oDesk

I am looking for someone that has an excellent grasp of current industry best practices regarding SEO and familiar with Yoast. English writing is crucial, because meta descriptions, tags and titles will need to be written well, and not as if English was a second or third language.



The person needs to have prior experience with WordPress and able to work some U.S. hours. All U.S. hours if possible. We are not looking for someone that says they know things and doesn't. All potential candidates will be tested and eliminated as needed.



The job may be part-time at first but will certainly be full-time within a month or so. We only need to earn trust in a person's ability to optimize content well, locate great images relevant for posts etc.... Again, we are not looking for someone that is a newbie. This is not a position for someone that is not organized and able to meet demands and work hard.

Do you have any experience mining data online to find motivated seller property leads in real estate? We are seeking a resource who can help us with some data entry and internet market research for property and seller leads information. Our company is seeking discounted real estate properties in the US and we are in search of someone who can mine the internet real estate websites and databases, and then compile the seller leads and property information into a spreadsheet, from multiple internet sites.



The Virtual Assistant will need to download an RSS reader (we will provide), create subscriptions, watch lists, tags, filters, and enter the information compiled in the reader and translate it into a spreadsheet template using excel, and then potentially into CSV format. Email interaction will be needed to interact with the sellers to obtain additional information about the property to be added to the spreadsheet.



The Company will provide training videos and manual, the RSS reader, and data templates for the final deliverables. The ideal candidate will be available 3-5 days/week, and may require 10-20 hrs of initial work. Some knowledge of real estate would be a plus.
