English Speaking VA - fast internet, excellent research skills - oDesk

This VA role is for a dynamic, enthusiastic, educated individual.

Key apps:

- Skype

- Google Apps

- Podio







Other key apps and task may involve:



- research

- evernote

- dropbox

- data entry

- overseeing small projects/tasks

- google drive

- social media assistance (linkedin contacts)



- computer literate

- fast and accurate typing speed

- reliable, punctual and dependable

- communicative







The key areas will be:

- Google Apps (Drive, Gmail, Cal)

- Leadpages

- Dropbox

- Podio

The aim of the role:



The aim of this role is for a permanent 4 hours per week as a minimum, that over time will expand, based on how much you can get done and how well we work together.



Many things will be systemized, repeatable tasks but will include things like.



There is definitely room to grow in this role, take on more responsibility, oversee a small team and take on specific projects that interest you.



Bonus Points:

If you know things about Internet marketing, opt-in pages, lead pages, email marketing, aweber, warrior forum and so on





Must be:

Available on Skype - during any agreed working hours.



If you are unavailable on video/audio to confirm your identity then that will not be accepted.



Independent to move through a set of tasks/systems on a regular basis.



Available - if I request a task, you'll need to let me know if you are available to complete it or not. And give me an ETA. Since it's starting with 4 hours per week it's likely you will be working on other things too, so I need you to give me an accurate and honest ETA of when you can get a task done





Your Application:

Philippines preferred or at least someone available on Melbourne, Australia TimeZone



I will shortlist and then would like a Skype call to interview, this will be a video call, or simply a phone call

About me:

I work in Small Business and also for elance-odesk, I love entrepreneurship, self-development, reading and fitness. I am married and live in Melbourne, Australia. Looking to develop a great on-going relationship with the right VA.



As things progress there will be more work available, I will also freely recommend and refer you to others and leave excellent feedback for any work that it is done well.



After at least 3 successful months, I am also happy to act as a professional referee.

How:

After a shortlist, we will need to VIDEO SKYPE.



Please do not bid if you cannot keep an appointment or will not video skype. It's not stressful or formal, it's about communication and trist-building. Both ways. Recently been disappointed by applicants wasting my time, missing Skype appointments or telling me their camera is broken at the last minute.
