I Require a simple app for a client which mirrors their website which provides information on the organisation, the Artists, examples of the artists work and the location of their studios.
We are looking to create a new App on IOS and Android (iphone/ipad/android).
There was a previous app for the organisation which was created by someone else in e-publisher.
The previous developer basically took the electronic PDF brochure (Link provided to the latest version of this further down the page) added some hyperlinks and created some introduction pages.
The app was simple in that it let you scroll left and right or up and down depending on what page you were on.
You could click on the home button and that would take you back to the introduction page.
Some pages had links which went to other external web pages etc.
As you’ll see form the video I shot, it’s very simple.
The reason I’ve shot a video is that the app is no longer available in the app store - I do not have access to any files from the previous developer.
The client would be happy with an app that looks similar to the previous one, but with extra functionality and features.
We have limited time now to make this happen, however, I think it’s fairly simple what we are looking to achieve here.
Obviously we want this to display on all the devices mentioned and it needs some interactivity. At the most basic level it needs to provide:
*Ability to click on a venue number on the map pages which will take you to the artist page within the app.
*Ability to get directions directly to an artist venue from where you are by clicking an option on the artist page or in the map - this would then launch google maps (or apple maps) on the users device and would automatically add the address in there so they can be routed to that destination.
*When looking at an artist page as well as having the option to get directions and route as point 2 above, you will also have the option to visit the artists portfolio page within perthshireopenstudios.com which is the main website.
*Where you see an advertisement for a sponsor or advertiser, the user should be able to click on that and it will open the default web browser on the phone or tablet and take the user to the website of the advertiser/sponsor
*Social sharing so users can share that they are using the app?
*On the directory pages (these are at the end of the brochure) if a user clicks on an artist name it will take then to the artist page in the app
*Whatever else you believe you can add to make it better than a basic brochure and so on.

30% on submission of the Android app to the Google Play store
