We are looking to hire a SEO director for our company. We do a number of projects every year and we need a strong team to do it for us.
The SEO director will be responsible for:
1. Overlook all SEO initiatives across various projects. Eventually the SEO director will be looking after a portfolio.
2. Performing SEO research and competitive analysis
3. Putting together an actionable SEO plan with approx timelines and milestones.
4. Evaluating and hiring right SEO analysts to complete the actions.
In addition ...
1. The director must have at least 5 years role in actively managing an SEO team.
2. Must have active clients OR provide references to clients where they actively managed their SEO team. They will be contacted for references.

3. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing, possibly in the form of reports.
Note that this is a leadership and management role. You are not involved in day to day SEO tasks. You are responsible for setting the direction and establishing SEO strategy.
