We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team of Technical Support agents.
Starting Date: ASAP!
Job Requirements:
Min. 2+ year Experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry.
An understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting.
Experience with SolusVM, R1Soft, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux,OpenVZ, Xen PV/HVM, KVM.
Has a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
Is able to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc. via SSH.
Mandatory Reqirements:
Has a reliable high speed internet connection.
Must be fluent in written English.
MUST have Cpanel Tech/Sales 1 Certification
MUST have RedHat Certification
MUST only work on our company during shift hours.
MUST have Multicraft knowledge (Minecraft, Mods, Node Setup, Issues.. etc)
MUST have Xen/HVM knowledge
Any other certifications are a bonus!
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support tickets via the help desk in a timely fashion.
Maintain SLA Response Times.
Respond to Level 1 Technical support chats.
Escalate issues to relevant departments.
Follow up with customers experiencing problems.
Handle website/server migrations.
Provide end-user support to all company clients
Salary/Timing:
$250/Mo (Base Salary - No EXCEPTIONS)
40 Hours Per Week/8 Hours Per Day.
Do NOT apply if you cannot work for the above rate.
