MyOutDesk.com is seeking candidates for the position of Full Time Salesforce Programmer/Developer, who will be responsible for customizing, developing and supporting solutions on Salesforce.com's Force.com platform.
Position Overview:
Responsible to provide technical strategy and direction to ensure the Salesforce.com application aligns with, and meets business requirements. This individual will lead the overall management of the system and will provide best practices and recommendations for integration and application development, deployment, and iterative refinement. In addition, individual will participate in process improvement analysis.
Job Description:
* Leads system architecture structure management, security and maintenance
* Analysis, designs, configures, develops, tests and implements applications
* Integrates with other systems to support operational efficiency
* Develops reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
* Data Management – bulk migration and maintenance
* Supports and drives new opportunities to further develop the Salesforce.com implementation
* Defines, communicates, and manages a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
* Acts as a technical interface between IT, business users and suppliers
* Manages ongoing production support requests and administrative needs of users
* Sells and trains support personnel and end-users on existing functionality and new features
* Works with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions
* In conjunction with the Business Analyst, will analyze existing interdepartmental processes to determine and prioritize strategic business requirements, standardizations and designs
* Manages outsourced Salesforce.com implementation partners (consultants) as required
* Committed to continuous training on the job as the environment lends itself to rapidly changing technology
* Extends application and user interface using Salesforce.com programming languages
Skill Requirements:
* Must have Developer and Admin Certificate (please provide link / copy of certificate)
* At least 3 years of Salesforce.com experience
* Salesforce.com development/integration (Force.com Platform, API, Apex Code, Visualforce, etc…)
* Relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc…)
* Web Development (HTML, XHTML, Javascript, CSS, Flash, XML, etc…)
* Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, etc…)
* Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
* Project management/governance skills
* Strong problem solving, proactive thinking and analytical skills, self-motivated, independent worker
* Troubleshooting skills
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
* Must have good command in English (written and verbal)
* Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
* Autonomous and well organized
Work Schedule:
Must be willing to work on PST. We require 8+ hours each day 5 days a week. must work on PST time.
Pay is NEGOTIABLE.
