We are looking for someone with 5+ years experience to design a full website with PHP or Python. I require a site that will:
Sign users up to different types of subscriptions
Take information that members give and create an email that goes out to other members based on their interests
Automates follow up email
This will be a fixed price job, so you need to be able to quote a fixed price and time frame when I give you more detail.
Time is of the essence here, so I need someone who can get the job completed quickly.
