We seek a vendor experienced in qualifying targeted leads. Your goal would be to get gender and culturally diverse service businesses and tradesmen interested in a free strategy call to discuss goal-focused website design.
During the free session, the founder would either give targeted, customized action steps on how the company can improve their current website, or on how a new goal-focused company website can help them get more clients online. You would be setting appointments with decision-makers in those diverse firms.
► BONUS: Excellent Presence is the ONLY Web design firm in NC (and most of the 50 states) that guarantees not only satisfaction, but MEASURABLE RESULTS (i.e., increased sales, leads, etc.). This is a huge selling point.
► BONUS 2: Diverse firms are quite eager to support one another, and we target primarily African American owned (AA) firms. Statistics prove that this market is *highly responsive* when marketing campaigns are targeted *specifically* to them, as ours will be. (You will point out during the call that our firm is also AA-owned and woman-owned.)
For these reasons, we hope that setting the appointments would not be very difficult; we just need a skilled vendor with experience in the area, as we have none.

► Two detailed buyer personas to familiarize you with the types of people you'll be interacting with.
► Access to calendar availability to schedule appointments.
► A shortlist of things to highlight during your calls that will appeal to each buyer type. (i.e., the results guarantee, etc.)
-- OTHER INFORMATION --
» Must have proven experience in this area, pleasant phone personality, and a very mild, understandable accent (if any).
» We'll hire the most qualified vendor for a trial of up to 5 working hours. If you're able to schedule appointments within that time, we'll continue for a long-term contract (generally, if at least one of those leads converts to a client).
» Contract pays from $6.00/hr to $18.00/hr DOE. Advancement opportunities available.
