We are looking for someone with a keen eye for design who can essentially serve as an Art Director for our digital interactive agency. While this person would be doing some design themselves, the primary focus would be helping staff/recruit designers on oDesk for our projects and managing other designers.



The ideal candidate has experience:

-- designing for both web and native apps

-- managing designers

-- communicating with clients

-- leading the art direction of a client project

You can draw on my previous animation's structures (inside the AE file) to speed the process up. Please follow the established look and feel and improve on it.



I have 18 videos like these. Each video averages 1:30. Please tell me how many hours it would take you to animate per video, and how long it will take you to finish them.

Logo Design Job - Multiple Logos on Pay per Logo Base - Professional Designers Only - oDesk

I'm looking for a logo designer which is available to design logos for my logo selling company. Please don't message me without reading everything below!



I'm currently starting up a new company which will sell logos (and more graphics in the future). The payment rate will start with $4.50 per logo, this is a starting rate, the payment will raise as you deliver more work.



My clients will give a briefing for their logo expressing their needs and preferences. I'm only looking for highly professional designers who're able to work off the briefing, and design in multiple styles.



The amount of logos per day/week will vary, from 0 to 10, I know this isn't a lot but I'll be expanding in the near future.



Please understand that this is not a job for a single logo, and this job does not pay per hour, this job pays your per logo. Also note the customers may have revisions they want on the logo or request a complete new concept if they don't like the logo.



-- Requirements --



- Capable of speaking high level English.

- Design logo's within 24 hours from receiving the project, reply to messages within 12 hours.

- Deliver complete artwork, including fonts, 300 dpi etc.

- Be able to completely read and adapt to the client's briefing, you still need to be creative.

- Be able to design in multiple styles.

- Design 3 logo concepts per project.





Please note that in order to test your logo designing skills I will give you a test-project, this project will consist of a real client's briefing. You will need to design this client's logo at no cost, but please note that you are the complete owner of the logo copyright, we're not allowed to use it at all, but if we decide to choose your logo, we will pay you for it!
