I have a company registered in the United States - Nevada to be precise. And another company registered just over 1 year ago in Wyoming. The Nevada company did just 3 businesses in two years and the Wyoming company has just done a very little B2C transaction too. I need a very experience CPA /Accountant that have deep knowledge and of United States Taxation, filling and returns to advice me and possibly take on the task of taking care of the company accounts and fillings.
