Do you have any experience mining data online to find motivated seller property leads in real estate? We are seeking a resource who can help us with some data entry and internet market research for property and seller leads information. Our company is seeking discounted real estate properties in the US and we are in search of someone who can mine the internet real estate websites and databases, and then compile the seller leads and property information into a spreadsheet, from multiple internet sites.
The Virtual Assistant will need to download an RSS reader (we will provide), create subscriptions, watch lists, tags, filters, and enter the information compiled in the reader and translate it into a spreadsheet template using excel, and then potentially into CSV format. Email interaction will be needed to interact with the sellers to obtain additional information about the property to be added to the spreadsheet.
The Company will provide training videos and manual, the RSS reader, and data templates for the final deliverables. The ideal candidate will be available 3-5 days/week, and may require 10-20 hrs of initial work. Some knowledge of real estate would be a plus.
