Magento Designer Required for Template & new logo - oDesk

We are based in Sydney Australia,

We have a website called http://ift.tt/1aBmHEN which is beating alibaba and made in china in rankings. We probably receive over 2000 visits per week from all around the world.

The problem is our lead conversion rate is very low.

Design Brief

Our company is western company based in Australia, currently marketing our website globally as a Chinese website factory which offers commercial furniture based on a minimum order quantity.

We are positioning ourselves as a commercial furniture manufacturer  

The key difference between Alibaba and madeinchina is that people are using these sites to search for products and factories.

China Goal are marketing ourselves as the factory! People searching for products from our factory through our website.

What we offer to customers is 4 options.
1. The ability to add multiple product into a containers
2. Or to select 1 product that fills a container
3. Ship a container that is half empty

And the price we offer includes freight from the factory to the destination country (We have an international freight agent that can work with the customer in different countries)

4. Our service will be end to end

There is significant opportunity to create an online market place for customers who want to buy direct.


The issues with our current website

- Brand Creditable
- No story with How it works
- No Layout front, style banners, no strategic direction and color scheme
- Poor execution
- Lack of structure
- check out is poorly executed
- no Step by step guide to add products to the container
- Ease of use of website
- Website is too manual (order queries, mix container)

We plan to offer a website that has unique customer user experience, very easy to use, and catering for all the short falls.

MARKETING OBJECTIVES:  
• We are wanting to increase our conversion rate from visitor to lead ratio
• Create a modernised / westernised brand which will still be linked back the china goal direct name
• Create a wow effect when someone visits our website
• Enhance user experience journey  1,2,3 easy steps

COMMUNICATION OBJECTIVES:  What do we need to say in order to achieve our brand objective and meet the challenge? What reaction do you want them to have when exposed to the branding and visuals?

1. Create a logo that is modern, confidence, builds trust, and creates a sense of purpose
2. 5 Slogan banners creating a story of what we do
3. a How it works steps with 4 easy steps
4. Add key call to action buttons

KEY CHALLENGE:  What is the key challenge that this communication needs to address?

1. Education of customer through whole experience.
2. Deciding absolute Min Order quantity for every item
3. Encourage customers to Mix containers instead of ordering minimal quanities which is not profitable for our business
4.Localisation in different countries having key resources to take phone calls and answer enquiries.

So these companies pay $1,000,000's of dollars each month to the average person. In return, the average person, like myself, answers some questions and gives them their opinion.
