ACE Property Share is offering an online marketing position within the real estate industry. Ideally you will have established IT skills and some knowledge in Real Estate however not essential.
The role will involve posting advertisements to online websites, social media such as Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and various other online marketing tools. It will be your responsibility to communicate and update regular posts and keeping the site live and interesting.
Excellent written English skills are essential as most communication will be in English. You must have excellent communication skills, you must be creative and innovative in your thinking. We are looking for someone who enjoys blogging and posting and are good with asking open ended questions that will generate conversations and sales within our business.
This is an ongoing part time position with 5 – 10 hours of work per week divided into 4-5 days of 1– 2 hours each. There is great flexibility with days/times.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Posting and maintaining online Property Advertisements using:
- Facebook
- Twitter
- LinkedIn
- Pinterest
- Website
• Communication via online platforms and generate leads:
- Post and maintain social media pages
- Respond to enquiries and comments with relevant information
- Update new information
- Offering new innovative ideas
- Creating a social media page which will generate sales
• Internal Communication
- Communicate with other staff using email and ASANA
- Attend monthly staff meeting and provide/receive feedback
