I need a few edits done to a custom theme I am developing for WordPress. All of these edits must be done to the theme and be able to be easily transported from the current development site to the live site easily within the custom theme (no plugins used).

1. The first edit I need is for the red menu bar (the red button on the right hand side) to automatically swing out upon someone’s first visit and stay open for a few seconds and then close. This is to let the new visitors see the site map is tucked away and that they can access it by toggling the red button on the left. Would like this to happen only on someone’s first visit and then possibly reset once a month.
2. When the red menu bar swings open on the left, the big white logo that’s on top of the hero image needs to fadeout. This is to make sure we don’t have the white logo in the red menu bar appear over the bigger white logo behind it.
3. When the red menu bar swings open, would like the rest of the site to fade slightly and blur if possible.
4. Need the elements below the hero image to scroll up faster than the hero image to create a parallax effect.
5. On just the homepage, there is a down arrow on top of the rotating hero images. When click that jumps you down the page.. would like this to be a smooth scroll down the page and not a harsh jump.
