Help with little Java Project needed today urgently please - oDesk

This is a little desktop application which is already running but there are some things faulty:

Things which needs to be fixed in this project which is using java swing and two tables in the already provided database:



contactform.java needs to be debugged (should not take longer than 5 min)



Then the date displayed by the datepicker is in the wrong format. The date should be displayed like this: 31.08.2014 (should not take long either if you know what you are doing)



Please find attached the source code. This project has been developed in Eclipse Kepler and the project is within the main folder workspace

The database which is used is mySQL using phpmyadmin with xampp
