I need a professional drafter with experience in steel building drawings.



Most projects are simple: one building. A typical job includes 4 sheets:



1. Cover sheet. I have this stock and will send it to you. You must add the site and vicinity maps.

2. Elevations. I send you sketches. I will send you an example of this. These are simple. Too much information is not wanted. Simple is best.

3. Frames. These change on almost every project. But, the layout is the same.

4. Details sheet. Most details are basic. I have a sheet for this in CAD, which I will send you.



PAYMENT: $75 for basic jobs as described above. If additional layouts are required (plumbing, electrical, etcetera) then I pay $100.



I had 2 drafters and lost both. One was hired, the other had a typhoon... and no contact for 1 week.



I have a job that needs to be drafted IMMEDIATELY.
