I have a word document of about 6000 words with the content of a website. I need a person to proofread the document to find any grammatical or spelling errors and to improve clarity and readability (if needed) without affecting the general meaning and style of the document.
Although my budget is tight, I need someone who will do the job with responsibility and dedication. Since the text contains engineering vocabulary, probably we will need to communicate via Skype to adjust some parts or for me to clarify the meaning or aim of some parts.
I am willing to hire freelancers without experience/hours, after an interview and maybe a small sample / work test.
This will be the previous step before launching an engineering related blog, so maybe I will need further reviews in the future, if he or she provides the desired quality. Although the price won't increase much, it will be an excellent opportunity to increase your experience and positive reviews in this website.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Native English Speaker preferable from Australia (people from UK will also be considered)
- Motivated, detail oriented and responsible
- MS Word knowledge (the corrections will be required in word with track change mode)
- Able to communicate via Skype phone call
