Several Customer Support (Filipino Preferred) - oDesk

Growing company seeking office assistant and customer support and support manager. Work requires to handle incoming phone calls, watch online order status, call customers to confirm orders, data entry, modify web content according to customer request and document customer requirements.



Ideal candidate:

-speaks fluent (clear) English

-Has at least 3 year customer service experience

-flexible schedule

-ability to train

-ability to learn and catch on quickly

-ability to work under deadlines and fiscal objectives

-ability to plan and execute

-shows initiative and creativity



Work 6 days a week, 6 to 8 hours a day. Must have reliable internet access, speak fluent English. High quality internet phone calls to USA and no background noise is a must. Starting pay rate is $2.50/hr. Based in the PHILIPPINES preferably!



Long term position, must be willing to work with company's needs.
