Biz Dev Manager:
The Business Development Manager will establish new direct/agency advertiser relationship and develop overall strategy and planning to shape growth and stability on the advertiser side of the network.
In addition to developing and managing top-tier, direct advertiser accounts, the Biz Dev Manager will manage the day-to-day approval process of incoming campaigns from all current and future advertiser accounts. The position will work closely with our Account Managers to determine which of their accounts' incoming campaigns are appropriate fits for the network, providing the most competitive pricing and terms to protect the overall brand standing. The Biz Dev Manager will help instruct and guide Account Managers in their efforts to grow their existing and future advertiser accounts.
The position offers the opportunity to join a rapidly-expanding team and network quickly rising up the ranks in the mobile advertising landscape. We are committed to the success of our advertisers, and as such the position carries significant weight in shaping the direction of the company.
Compensation includes base salary DOE, aggressive commission structure on managed advertiser accounts, and bonus opportunities based on team performance/growth on the advertiser side.
Requirements include:
Extensive knowledge of the mobile app advertiser landscape and hierarchy of direct advertisers, agencies and networks.
Biz dev experience is essential; an existing contact list of advertisers and agencies is a must. The successful candidate will be able to quickly and accurately assess advertisers and potential new campaigns to determine their overall value to the network.
Familiarity of app tracking technologies is a plus, including MAT, AppsFlyer tracking, device id's, etc.
Familiarity of the HasOffers tracking platform is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a confident familiarity with key advertiser metrics of success including user retention, in-app purchases and activity, etc.
The position will work remotely and is open to US and non-US candidates.
