Zendesk Support Administrator - oDesk

Support admin person required for help desk for bookkeeping and accounting business.

Required Knowledge/Experience:

- Zendesk

- Xero

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience writing help centre articles and recording tutorial videos



The position will be ongoing, beginning at an hour or two per day, and increasing as demand increases.



Responsibilities will include:

- Responding to support queries from clients regarding Xero Accounting Software

- Writing and submitting help centre articles based on support queries received

- Recording and submitting video tutorials when required

- Reporting on Zendesk activity on a weekly and monthly basis



The applicant will need to have excellent written and verbal english skills.
