My business PT4PT schools is in the aim of bringing parents / carers and teachers in schools across the UK together; with the main focus of breaking down the boundaries and build relationships between the two groups, through circuit and aerobic sessions held within participating schools. With future benefits focusing of health & fitness and high levels of obesity; increasing well - being and performance. Results which will be attained through fitness and healthy living in turn will then channel down to the children of the school giving a positive and psychological effect improving the overall relationships between parent / carer, teacher and child.
