Jelastic helpdesk support specialist - oDesk

Our company is opening new public Jelastic cloud platform installation to Russian market customers. We need to find 2 support specialists to help our customers with their fist steps using the platform. Only email support using Zendesk is planned on the first steps.



We see successful candidate as a person who:

- Fanatically customer oriented

- Has wide technical skills according to supported Jelastic dev platforms



Ability to read\write Russian language is a strong plus



We're planning to start not later then beginning of the summer.
