Sales Representative Online - oDesk

Account Management:



• Manage customer accounts; contact minimum 1x quarter

• Alert Management to customers

• Renew customers whose contracts are expiring

• Contact 10 -100 customer accounts per day and document in CRM

• Maintain customer database for email marketing



Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



• A "self-starter" that is able to work independently with attention to detail.

• Strong explanation and resolution skills.

• Excellent Customer Service, oral and written communication skills.

• Highly organized, must be able to handle multiple tasks with speed

• Experience working in a high-paced Telecommunications environment

• Able to work under pressure and defuse difficult customers.

• Ability to learn new processes and procedures and stay current on products

• Email marketing campaign software, Constant Contact, etc.

• Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office
