Checkout  “Define a delivery method error”, but no options exist on the page - oDesk

Currently when submitting from my one step checkout page, I get the following error: "Define a delivery method".



The only issue is there are no delivery options (checkboxes, dropdown etc.) to choose on the page and we only have one delivery method.



ISSUE: Guide me on disabling the message / on how to potentially already pr. default haven chosen a delivery method.



This is in Magento 1.9
