Binary.com is seeking to recruit a recruiter who is experienced in TopGrading (or similar) recruitment methods.
This is a new role that we have created due to fast-paced growth in our business and our need to expand our staff count relatively rapidly, while at the same time maintaining high recruitment standards.
The Recruiter will be responsible for:
Helping senior management to draft job scopes
Drafting job advertisements
Drafting recruitment tests and self-assessment questionnaires
Managing recruitment drives
Helping senior management to screen and interview candidates
Onboarding new recruits.
Applicants should have a background in human resources, strong interest and competencies in recruitment, and the aptitude to work in a fast-paced international and entrepreneurial environment. We are seeking a service-oriented, self-driven individual capable of making an impact on the organization by driving forward best practices and competent processes specifically in the area of talent recruitment. Equally, being a telecommute role, we are seeking someone who thrives outside the conventional office environment.
