We are a quickly-growing startup in the US that connects people to lawyers online for virtual consultations and hiring engagements.
We need to bring on someone who can speak to lawyer about their accounts, onboard new lawyers, explain how our service works, handle, questions/complaints, and work with our marketing team to determine where we need to generate more leads and with our sales team to identify opportunities for new sales.
So that the person in this role can speak to lawyers like a peer, we'd prefer to find someone who is a lawyer and is familiar with US law (or law of countries whose legal system is modeled after the US) and how lawyers in the US operate. This is not absolutely necessary, but is preferred.
A huge, huge plus is if you have background in customer support and account management and also with online marketing, or generally working in technology / startup companies. You will need to work with the rest of our team (the whole team is remote) to ensure that the lawyer who pay us as clients get the results they expect, and address any of their concerns promptly.
Pay would be $3 - $8/hr depending on experience.
