The primary duties of the Administrative Assistant and Email Handler are to maintain records, create reports, send email to our online subscribers, create reports and do general office functions for their various departments within.



Duties and Responsibilities:



- Input data into various database, operation, safety and accounts payable.



- Occasionally create spreadsheets to carry out functions of jobs.



- Other general office duties as assigned.
