I opened a business here in Memphis TN in November 2014. I need to know exactly what to put on the forms to file my taxes (business and excise tax & any other applicable taxes i might not know about I have been told I don't have to charge sales tax.). I do my accounting through waveapps online, id like to know if I am keeping good records or if there is a more efficient way of doing things.. I am able to give someone access to the account to help figure out what I need.
I also need to know about filing quarterly expense reports. I don't really understand the concept. I need to be told what info to record and what to do (maybe a template form or something??)
Bottom line, I need a tax plan laid out for me to follow, to show me how to file whatever I need, business wise.
I would really love it it was someone from Memphis or familiar with Memphis & Tennessee taxes already.
