Talent Recruiter - oDesk

This role consists of screening potential candidates for various openings utilizing all sourcing channels to source qualified candidates. This person must be able to identify and locate passive candidates & generate interest in client positions or pipeline requirements by researching various industries and functions to create a diverse pool of applicants. This person will drive all recruiting responsibilities.





§ Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for core IT technical staffing requirements.



§ Review and understand technical job requirements



§ Create detailed job descriptions



§ Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met



§ Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)



§ Follow up with candidates



§ Format resumes meeting client expectations



§ Foster long-term relationships with candidates



§ Research new technologies
