YouTube Network - Customer Service Representative - oDesk

Good people and communication skills, fluent in English with excellent grammar and spelling.



The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers in response to inquiries about products and services. Handles customer transactions. Assists the Manager in administrative duties, customer relations activities, and other duties that support the operation of the company. Duties of Job



Establish excellent business relationships with the customer and handle customer queries.



You will complete various tasks that are assigned to you by your manager, these tasks will include;

- Responding to customer emails

- Answering live chats

- Sending recruitment invites



The hours you will be required to work will be discussed during the interview via Skype, we are looking to hire a new addition to our team as soon as possible and are entertaining applications now.
