Instagram Commenter Tracking Project - PHP - oDesk

Goal : system to reply to each comment left on our Instagram photos.

Problem: trying to find/reply to every Instagram comment on our photos can be confusing, especially with multiple accounts.

Solution: In the attached mockup, you will find a layout with three areas : the original post, a list of all the comments made on the photo (just like Instagram shows), and a "comments needing attention" area.

Upon logging in, the user (our employee) will first select the desired Instagram account then see a screen like the attached mockup for all photos with "comments needing attention".

He can then either :

- comment quickly (the username of the original commenter is already in the reply box)

- dismiss the original comment (like marking an email "read" so that it no longer shows up as needing attention)

- mute this user for this post (comments from this username will no longer show up in the "comments needing attention" area for that particular photo)

It seems pretty straightforward, but if you have any questions, please ask. The system should use SQL and css for the layout (no tables).

There will be one admin and he should log into an area that looks like the second attachment.

In the admin, he will enter Instagram credentials, set a time range where the system cannot comment on an account (so that other automated processes can happen exclusively), and he can view the logs of all the actions the system has taken.

There will be multiple employee "users" who handle the commenting and they are added via the admin area. (Login can be .htaccess or whatever you choose.)

The Instagram API automatically approves access for everything but commenting and the manual whitelisting for comment approval is notoriously slow to be processed. You can use that "open" API as needed, but the comments must be made by logging into Instagram on the back end with CURL/Snoopy/etc or similar or by posting the comments through a third-party such as On_In_Stagram/http://ift.tt/1zenAwm etc. -- Whatever method works consistently is fine with me, but this project must work WITHOUT "commenting" api approval from Instagram.

This is an hourly job, but I expect it to take no more than 10 to 12 hours at the most.

Please indicate that you actually read this post. Bids with entire form letter responses will be deleted.
