DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Communicate and partner with our US marketing team to understand the current strategies used on social media

Actively engage, generate and maintain our audiences on all social media channels.

Maintain a clear voice when promoting the brand through all channels

Participate in conversations by answering questions, offering solutions and mediating conversations as well as sparking discussion on various social networking sites.

Become knowledgeable on the needs and preferences of technology buyers and find new ways to capture their attention

Consistently monitor online chatter and conversations and quickly adapt in real-time where appropriate and applicable

Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring impact of website and social media traffic; analyze, review and report your findings

Constantly be learning new best practices for B2B social media engagement
