1. stable internet connection @ home DSL only, NO broadband, USB, wifi allowed
2. quiet working environment @ home
3. computer with Pentium 4 or higher, NO tablets, smartphone and the likes allowed
5. noise cancelling headset
6. web camera
7. a minimal teaching experience online or offline to foreigners
MUST BE:
1. fluent in spoken American English with good grammar
2. able to deal well with foreigners, particulary Japanese
3. able to carry oneself confidently in an online one-on-one class and with good teaching ability
4. able use Skype well and with good background in html commands
5. flexible and efficient
6. able to work with minimum supervision
7. friendly to the clients/students
8. able to deal with clients/students ranging from 4 years old to 80 years old, beginner to professional level
9. senior college working students, undergraduates, and graduates of any reputable collage or university
10. able to work under pressure
11. able to teach on weekends
