I am looking for a wordpress theme to be created intended to be sold on Themeforest. I have the design in mind that I want and the feature list and will provide images for the theme. It is quite a simple design.
I do not mind if you use the back end of another theme you have designed if that takes the cost down.
Has to be responsive, include an admin backend, customisable layouts etc.
Budget: $250
