It is an online beauty contest that will be carried out on the internet. Contestant will register to participate and pay a token online through a local bank payment gateway which will be integrated into the website but has not been added yet. After full registration, they will be able to login and upload up to 10 pictures to proof their beauty to the world. In their login session, they will also see their ranking as to how many people has voted for them(I will cover that voting aspect in a moment), see their position in comparable to others.
There will also be another party, this is a set of people(Voters) who will be using their mobile phones to vote for individual contestants that they feel should win the contest, this voters can vote as many times as possible. An arrangement in ongoing with the local telecoms operators to facilitate this aspect but I want the contestant to be able to see how they are being voted for in their login session and I also want it to appear on the home page so that the world can see who is the most voted for among the contestants.
Then the administrator has a backend where they will be able to manage some operation but that will come last.
I have done some part of the work but I need a better developer to continue while I supervise believing that he will do more than I will ever do. See the site: queenofthemonth.com

I will want you to start with the form security, I did some but they are not secured enough especially with the fact that I used php only and it is limited to checking if value is empty.
