The site has been static for a couple of years. It needs complete updating and reworking including better graphic design.
The applicant must have excellent English writing skills and have the ability to propose professional level wording for the site.
I hired someone already here but that person does not have the proper skill level. You should send me a clearly stated proposal that I can use to evaluate your English writing skills.
