I am paying for someone to code up themes. All frameworks, platforms, JS must be taken from pre-existing, available, opensource options.
I will supply the designs, you'll code the themes. These themes are for our clients and are confidential; you will not be allowed to use these themes for other work and/or redistribute them in any way and must delete them upon completion.
