Solicitor Immigration in UK: 2 year route - Spouse of British Citizen - oDesk

I am looking for a UK solicitor to solve the immigration issue of my wife. Her passport is currently held by the home office. We need to do an application to extend her stay in UK.

I am a French national (EEA) and I arrive in December 2005.

She arrives in November 2008 with a C-Visa. We marry in France in December 2005. She got a EEA residency card from 23 September 2009 to 2014.



I obtain the British Nationality in July 2012.

We had a French national daughter in Mai 2010 and a British national son in June 2012.

We stay in France during the school year 2013-2014 as my daughter could be admitted at School at 3 years old in france.

We can back in UK in July 2014 and applies for an FLR. It seems to be the wrond application as they kept her passport and gave her 28 days to leave the UK.



I guess that she could go for the 2 years route we got a company with £60 000 of commercial rental income in UK.

I am looking for in filling up another application and getting back her passport.
