Customizing Form - oDesk

I have an existing contact form, created using Contact Form 7 plug-in.



I would like to customize the existing form. Specifically,



I would like to update:

- Header

- Size of form

- Positioning of the form



* This is a responsive wordpress theme, the form has to appear properly on different devices.
