I would like a Javascript code to plant in a site.
It would send clicks through Commission Junction if the publisher has an active relationship with the advertiser - otherwise it will send the click through viglink.
The programmer should be highly versed in affiliate/advertiser/publisher terms, affiliate networks and their APIs.
