The page will be consisted of several static sections containing texts and images we supply.
In addition to the static information sections, we also need a section to promote the events of our organisation. A calendar with event details will be necessary and a simple ticket booking system may also be needed. We need to be able to update this part easily. Also, the website should be made responsive such that it can fit in any device, including tablets and mobile phones.
A simple HTML5/CSS website will probably serve our purpose.
