Admin Assistant / Adminstrator / Virtual assistant - oDesk

We are looking for a pro-active all-rounder admininstrator / general assistant handle our day to day tasks.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality, strong IT skills and be able to pickup bespoke software specific to this organisation. You will be an excellent communicator who can engage with your manager on a daily basis.



Must have knowledge & proven experience in :

1. Data processing

2. Email handling (must have passed the oDesk Email Etiquette test)

3. Well-versed with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

4. Well-versed with using CRM applications (Customer relationship management softwares)

5. Creating reports in excel spreadsheets

6. Recruitment – resume / CV screening and selection using keywords

7. Internet Research

8. Writing reports based on research

9. Ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time



Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualification in Business Administration (desirable)

• Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written skills

• Previous relevant & proven experience

• Strong Organisational & IT skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Microsoft Office skills (word, excel & outlook)

• Proactive with the ability to prioritise workload & meet tight deadlines

• Ability to handle sensitive data professionally & maintain confidentiality
