We need a responsive video background banner built for an existing opencart.
The result should be similar to what is seen here:

We will supply all video content required.
- The banner should loop in the background with text and other HTML elements of top of the video.
- The video banner should be fully responsive and the work on all devices.
- The banner should have an image fallback for unsupported browsers.
- The video should "lazy load" to keep page load times low. The banner can load an image on page load and then begin buffering the video.
