The Position
Automotive Recruiter (100% Commission)
The Offer
We are looking for someone who has Automotive experience and either has the desire OR experience as an Account Manager in the recruiting industry.
All of our employees work in a virtual office setting from their own home offices. They must be self motivated and have a drive to succeed and build the business. We are a RESULTS driven company. If you have never worked for commission then this position is NOT for you.
Since we are a virtual office we will give you access to our phone system with your own extension and voicemail. We can set this up either as a soft phone on your computer OR as a regular phone. This is a VOIP based system.
Our online CRM will allow you to prospect for candidates, organize and make placements all from the comfort of your own home.
Expect to make a min of 2 placements each week to earn around $60,000.00 per year.
Your Skills
Min 2 years working in the automotive industry OR 5 years as a corporate recruiter
Proficient in all MS Office business applications MUST HAVE
Previous experience with MaxHire/Bullhorn is an asset
Perfect English language skills MUST HAVE
Can demonstrate excellent phone manner and self discipline MUST HAVE
Requirements
1. Must have a windows based computer with a MIN 4 G RAM (know this before applying)
2. Must have high speed internet (know this before applying) (Upload of 2 MB and Download of 5 MB)
3. Must have a headset and microphone
4. Must have all the MS Office suite applications (word, excel and outlook) (know this before applying)
5. Must be willing to work minimum of 20 hours a week (to start) during STANDARD BUSINESS HOURS (know this before applying)
6. Willing to work as a sub contractor
