Looking for experienced app developer for windows 8 and 8.1 mobile.
The app needs to open the camera feed and send frames to a custom dll written by us. the data returned needs to be sent to a azure platform and the returned results to be queried with a web service.
the web service will return a xml file, whose details need to be populated on screen.
Will require the developer to have the following capabilities:
- in depth knowledge in using mobile camera including auto focus functionality
- very good understanding of xaml and implementation of the same
- very good understanding of WCF
- knowledge of Azure
- scripting for Azure would be added advantage.
- knowledge of XNA/ directx 3D would be added advantage
The project is quite complex and looking for really good experienced guys. I have limited time and budget.
