Need letter of invitation to government official done today or tomorrow the latest - oDesk

Hi, I need a letter written to the mayor inviting him to meet with companies attending a trade mission coming to the city that I am helping to organize. It is being tied to an event. I can give full details via skype/email once job has been completed.



I need to get this preferably today, tomorrow the latest.
